“Enchanted!” was the theme for CASA Speaks for Kids’ 23rd annual masquerade ball.  Guests arrived in adorned masks and black tie attire in support of kids in the Montgomery County foster care system who have suffered abuse and neglect. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) works tirelessly to give these kids a family who will love and cherish them the way they deserve. They give them a voice as they navigate through the court system.

Guests listened intently as Noah, a CASA success story, and his adopted family shared the impact CASA played in bringing their new family together. The evening shed light on the growing number of children, like Noah, in need of representation. Funds raised will enable CASA to make certain every single child has a safe and nurturing permanent home.
